Love the new owners and staff. I don't feel overlooked or like talking with their friends is more important like the old Staff was. They actually take coupons WITHOUT restrictions...hallaluyer! Don't skip the cookies, their's are actually fresh!!

Heard a lot of mixed reviews about the place since the new management so went to check out for myself. Staff is very friendly, respectful with amazing customer service. No compromise on Food quality and quantity. The place is kept very clean. Apart from just taking the order the staff also asked me how my day was going and also engaged in friendly conversation. Overall great experience. Highly recommend for all to go and support the new management.
Vegetarian options: Pretty good amouny of veggie options
The workers that work here are great and always treats me nicely every time I come in. They know what I order, and always have it ready once I walk in :)

Food was good except for when u ask for extra veggies the girl tells me that's all I can give you When the cashier rings up my order I ask her not to put my 1 sandwich in a bag and she said it's my job. And the girl that made my sandwich tosses it on the counter when she took it out of bag. Very rude and unprofessional. Word to the wise if u don't like ur job or dealing with customers maybe this job isn't for you

They put a lot of mayo on the subs so I would recommend to say easy mayo but other than that good food
We ordered 3 sandwiches which we had a coupon for we found out that they don't honor the coupon for the sandwiches that we ordered what should have been put in the flyer I would have had no problem with it if they would just would have been honest in their advertising. $47.15 is ridiculous for 3 sandwiches I don't care what kind of sandwiches Food is sub par at best Very much looking forward to Jersey Mike's making it to Dixon Better food better prices I will absolutely never ever eat Subway again Subway do better you suck

Ordered online to pick up $45 worth of sandwiches.. which really is only 3 sandwiches.. one of them being a $16 foot long that they gave us a 6 inch instead. Didn’t notice until we drove all the way home. We go back to get the correct $16 sandwich and the employee with the green hair was so rude and unprofessional! We were an inconvenience to her and she had quite the attitude. Some people should not work in the food service industry. This is our last straw with subway. Spending our money elsewhere. Oh and not to mention this location NEVER accepts coupons that I literally get sent in the mail. Get out of here already and let a better business take over.

I had a garlic roast beef. Which was fantastic. They went ahead and toasted it after I told em not to. My partner ordered a 6", but got a foot long, and didn't realize it till the end. Both sandwiches were really good, they were fast, and friendly, and usually don't get it toasted simply for the expedient factor, so I can show grace. It WAS the end of the day, and I can assume they were all relatively new. I'll be going back.
