We ordered 3 sandwiches which we had a coupon for we found out that they don't honor the coupon for the sandwiches that we ordered what should have been put in the flyer I would have had no problem with it if they would just would have been honest in their advertising. $47.15 is ridiculous for 3 sandwiches I don't care what kind of sandwiches Food is sub par at best Very much looking forward to Jersey Mike's making it to Dixon Better food better prices I will absolutely never ever eat Subway again Subway do better you suck

Ordered online to pick up $45 worth of sandwiches.. which really is only 3 sandwiches.. one of them being a $16 foot long that they gave us a 6 inch instead. Didn’t notice until we drove all the way home. We go back to get the correct $16 sandwich and the employee with the green hair was so rude and unprofessional! We were an inconvenience to her and she had quite the attitude. Some people should not work in the food service industry. This is our last straw with subway. Spending our money elsewhere. Oh and not to mention this location NEVER accepts coupons that I literally get sent in the mail. Get out of here already and let a better business take over.

I had a garlic roast beef. Which was fantastic. They went ahead and toasted it after I told em not to. My partner ordered a 6", but got a foot long, and didn't realize it till the end. Both sandwiches were really good, they were fast, and friendly, and usually don't get it toasted simply for the expedient factor, so I can show grace. It WAS the end of the day, and I can assume they were all relatively new. I'll be going back.

I went with my family plus a friend today, and had one of the best customer employee interactions ever! It was like the blonde girl making my sandwich was born for customer service. Not to mention the store was very clean and had quite a friendly and inviting atmosphere!

Subway, like every other chain restaurant, keeps jacking up their prices while shrinking their offerings.
Always clean and available when we stop in. Service is great, they don't waste time. Food is generally fresh, have had one bad Subway experience but it wasn't with this one.

The food was okay. The staff seemed very rushed, even though there weren't many people in line. We were a family of 4 and the cashier didn't seem to want to wait to check out the person paying to see what the rest of our family was getting so we ended up having to make 2 transactions because she was impatient and he didn't know what all we ordered. The staff just seemed very distracted; like they had something more important to tend to in the back.

I dropped in for lunch on my way home. I noticed this really nice sign about what coupons could be used on and what they couldn't. I didn't see my favorite sandwich, the Spicy Italian on the menu, but it was on this sign so I asked and I could still get a Spicy Italian for less than the menu items.Game on! I ordered it, and the staff worked with me to make the sandwich, which turned out fine. I also got some chips and a drink with my order, which were also good.The store was pretty clean, and they were replacing their bottled drinks refrigerator, so that will be new and working soon.So let's total it up:Service was good. She gave me oil when I said no oil, but I won't dump a sandwich for that. Slow down a little and do it right!Location: It was fairly clean, but could use a bit more cleaning notably in the Mens Room.

They put a lot of mayo on the subs so I would recommend to say easy mayo but other than that good food
