The food tasted good, but the staff was rude and turned off the loghts. I know it's 9:40 and the store closes by 10 but you have to let the customer eat before the closing time and not turn off the light. Either change your timings to 9:30 and don't serve the food.

I ordered online for pickup. Ordered a rotisserie chicken sub with avocado, tomato, pickle, black olives, extra cheese and extra mayo. Got home and the sandwich had no mayo but instead probably a whole bottle of sweet onion teriyaki sauce. The sandwich was a huge mess. Tried calling the store and no answer.

Horrible place. Went there at 8pm and wanted a meatball sub and lady said they didn’t have any meatballs. Walked out. Hello, I would hate for you to do your job and make more meatballs! Horrible customer service. Avoid!

They don’t accept certain coupons, they tell you to pick specific subs for that coupon. But upon check out is when they will tell you they don’t accept it. Now you have two subs off of the “select menu” that you didn’t 100% want and can’t use your coupon that you showed to them right off the bat. (Coupon was valid with 0 reason to not accept)

We paid for extra meat and we got less than normal. Tomato's are bad and the green peppers were stale too. Didn't even put cheese on my sandwich. Very disappointed and probably won't be back
Stopped at this subway in Dixon IL on the way home from Waterloo Iowa to Batavia IL. Ordered our lunch and asked the manager making my sandwich if he would slightly modify it to my liking. Said no problem, they are here to satisfy their customers and give them great food.
This is a clean restaurant with friendly staff. I could tell they enjoy their jobs…. Great attitude. I recommend you check this Subway out. Well managed!

Got there at 9:20 pm. They close at 10 pm. Half the stuff was put away. I asked if they still open. He said well not really, I've been slammed today and got alot to catch up on. It's 9:20 pm you're still open for another 40 mins!!!

I haven't been to a Subway in years. Now I know why. I looked at all of the different options and was a little overwhelmed. The lady who started making my sandwich was nice and told me what the different breads were. Then a different lady was putting the toppings on my sandwich. I just started to rattle them off and she said "Hold On" in a somewhat stern tone. I was taken aback. You mean to tell me that my telling you that I'd like onion, tomato, green pepper and pickles is too much for you to handle? Then I asked her if she could cut my sandwich into 3 pieces which she did without any issues. I get to the register and here's the shocker, $9.11 for a 6 inch Turkey and Cheese sub. I was shocked. I was paying with my debit card and here's the kicker, on the screen there are different options for you to leave a tip. Are you kidding me? This has become so incredibly ridiculous. Fast food places are now making patrons feel obligated to give a tip and if you don't you feel uncomfortable and cheap. I just spent $9 for half a sandwich. When I lived in Fox River Grove, our Speedway made your footlong sub any way you wanted for $5. Plus you got your Speedy Rewards. Even though my sandwich was delicious and totally hit the spot since I was craving a sub sandwich. I definitely won't be going to any Subway again.

Very bad character on the part of the employees, I don't know what they are doing there if they don't like their work, they answer in a bad way, they make you wait a long time to serve you and it bothers them that you are telling them what vegetables you want in your sandwich, when you arrive you feel a Horrible atmosphere, you don't know whether to order or go and serve yourself so as not to bother the worker.
