My cousin was using her points in the drive thru tonight at 8:55PM on Sibley next to McDonalds. The foreign cashier didn’t speak very good English. Proceeded to scan my cousin’s mobile app twice. The cashier says $7 plus the change. Couldn’t quite understand, my cousin yelling , why would I pay twice….if my points says an Expresso or Frozen Drink. Make it make sense he scanned the mobile app twice. On the purchase history it has two purchases in total of 1800 points. Please ppl if you are going into customer service learn how to speak ENGLISH. Be Polite to your customers. And last but not least DON’T BE RUDE!

I ordered a coffee, breakfast sandwich and donut on door dash paid $35 dollars and they gave me a coffee with NO SUGAR!!! I’m furious! And they don’t answer the phone!

Online is listed open 24 hours.But I just sat in the drive through for thirty minutes and now I am almost late for work and nobody still has not come to the windowand this happens all the time here. This is the only dunkin near my job

I had bad experience at this Dunkin Ordered hot coffee with food But the coffee taste like water Went back they changed it ( they didn’t like it) claiming their coffee is good For second time coffee tastes the same like water I think they keeps brewing the coffee for a long time ** star
