Italian Fiesta Pizzeria is a popular spot for take-out, with a loyal customer base. They offer a range of pizza sizes, from 9" for a single person to 16" for larger groups. The pies have a thin-crust style with a gooey blend of cheeses and a solid marinara sauce. The meats are thick and well-spiced, and the mushrooms are cooked to perfection. The boneless wings are also a hit, with a decent BBQ sauce and excellent breading. The garlic bread is a must-try, and the baked Lasagna is a favorite among some customers. It's worth noting that the restaurant can get busy, so it's recommended to call ahead with your order to minimize wait times. With its huge parking lot and convenient location, Italian Fiesta Pizzeria is a great choice for a quick and delicious meal.
Customers have shared mixed experiences recently. Some noted that a Pepperoni topping was forgotten but not charged, though they still missed it. Others mentioned that the work area is no longer visible, making it hard to verify cleanliness, but still consider it a good place to eat pizza. A few reviews pointed out issues with the Italian beef, mentioning it needs better seasoning and that the juice from the beef is too watery. Additionally, the fries are sometimes too hard when kept under the heat lamp. One reviewer mentioned they might visit again when in Chicago, hoping for a better experience.
Several customers expressed disappointment with their recent visits. One rated the pizza a C-, citing ingredients shortages or a bad night for the cook. Others criticized the phone staff, describing their attitude as nasty and their understanding as poor, which affected the overall service. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains a local favorite for take-out, especially appreciated for its large parking lot and convenient location.
