Customer service is terrible! The only reason I continue to go is because it's close to the house. Other than that....smh! EVERY single time, I get almost the same thing. EVERY single time, I tell them exactly what kind and how many sauces I want. EVERY single time, I get home and have a bag full of sauces (flavor) I didn't even ask for. I'd be the ONLY person in drive thru....I'd sit and wait for my food, then I'm told to back up from the window. I'm assuming so I wouldn't have their clock running. Don't nobody have time to play musical parking spots. Just fix my order so I can go home!! 😡🙄

I had went thru drive thru and I ordered and everything I had said they just ignored they charged for for all these add on and changes and they did not do anything I asked and when I had approached the drive thru there were 2 people outside smoking weed

Each time I attempt to order , the night manager lies and say that they are out of product, anything that goes into the fryer is not being sold after 2am because she has to rush home to her kids (Her words when I called) this is outrageous and unprofessional, if you close at 3am , you are expected to leave around 3:30 , stop closing early and stopping sales because your kids are home alone, get a babysitter or find better hours or another job.

In the middle of me ordering my food! They told me that they’re closed! Mind you I’m mid way ordering! I think this was very unprofessional and if they couldn’t serve me they should’ve let me know before they started taking my order! Highly disappointed and the manager didn’t care!!! Plus they didn’t even give me everything I paid for and still charged me and told me they didn’t have it! I need all my money back! I ordered 3 tacos a nacho and a cinnamon twist because they didn’t have what I originally ordered!
