I been coming there for 18 months and had a wonderful experience with good food. I have told several people about this place. But my last two visits while receiving my order, I was not happy. As of 12/26/24 @ 2pm the order i placed were chicken and steak tacos. The meat was dry. I'm willing to try them one more time, but if all fails I will be moving on. The order was not pleasing today.

Really good . I haven’t had any frozen drinks , they might be seasonal ? I’ve ordered shrimp elote , Lengua quesadilla. My fav so far and the empanadas 😋

Had a burrito dinner and an order of chicken tacos... with a side of elotes. It was all very tasty over the next 2 days. Hadn't been here in over a year.... wasn't disappointed AT ALL. Thanks Taco Place...

The female Manager is super rude! placed an order over the phone with Cashier Emillia (she is also rude)she got the order completely wrong, they gave me food that i didn’t even order, i found my ticket number after being told i needed the ticket Number, they didn’t even bother to rectify the situation. The manager stated that they don’t give refunds.. The food is good but customer service is not their strong suit , make sure to check your orders before you leave!
My husband and I are frequent customers of the taco place we usually enjoy their food. This time our fries was not completely done. The black cashier who says her is Emilia ( which she may be lying but I’m specifically speaking about y the young black girl who served us) we always have at least 3-4 different orders for different people. For some reason no matter how many orders you have they want to give you only one red sauce and only one green sauce. We asked to have individual sauces per order. Informed we would even pay for them! We was told we would just get them it to worry about it. But when we started to drop orders off again like we do every week sometimes 2x a week still we were only given 2 sauces 1 green 1 red sauce for the order. Which makes no sense because if we each walked in individual and places these same orders we would each get 2 sauces per our meal. We called back and spoke to the so the called Emilia( the black cashier) and she said she told us we could only get the one with the order and then I told her we told you we would even buy it! She said they don’t sale small ones .. we didn’t asked for small ones we asked for individual sauces regardless of the size. Then she got smart mouth, so I said then I want to bring my meals back! She proceeded to say we don’t give refunds. I said ok you just lost a customer . Who order at least 1to 2 times a week with no less then 3 orders each time. Do not patronize this business. They do not value their customers. They think you owe them for coming to patronize their business..they have lost a least 20 customer because of this incident and the way ( Emilia the black cashier handled the situation) because I told all my family about this on going situation and some of them have had similar experiences so we all decided not to patronize this business!!!!
