11/14/2024 @ 120a I come here often....but tonight and old white lady and younger white girl both lied about the spicy nuggets being fresh and refused to make fresh ones, but also refused to refund my money. They have another employee that at night is exceptional about making nuggets fresh to order. Tonight though this staff was lazy and refusing to provide quality after taking my money. At least give me my money back. Horrible service and will not be back. Very upset.

Service was too slow. The kitchen was too crowded. People were bumping into each other. The driveway was out of the lot. They need to be more organized. Put a cashier in the front that can handle the customers.

After sitting in the drive thru forever. I went inside to still have to wait, when there was only one other person on the inside. Only to get home to have hair in my burger. Make it make sense. Are restaurant workers no longer required to wear hair nets when handling food.

So I came to Wendy’s pulled up to the drive through speaker box to place my order, 10 minutes before I even placed my order. After placing my order I pulled to the window and the line is out of the parking lot long behind me I’m talking out to the street. I ordered a biggie bag. I sat the 20 additional minutes waiting for a biggie bag. I’m literally looking in the window and the WHOLE crew that’s in site are on their phones. LIKE PHONE TO EAR NO AIRPODS OR ANYTHING. Meanwhile I get my food and my fries are cold my nuggets are old. It seems like every time I come to this Wendy’s they drop the ball. And it’s only this location! Highly disappointed and this time I’m not changing my review last time I did because they were supposed to replaced my meal and didn’t. I’ll be going to South Holland Wendy’s from now on.

THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST AWFUL WENDY’s! They need to close it down. The breakfast is the worse. How could you mess up a great breakfast with clear instructions on how to prepare… They would never let this happen in Tinley and Orland. They don’t care about us!!
