I haven't given a one star review in a VERY LONG TIME I got four cheese sliders and they all felt and tasted like they were microwaved.
The service was also bad The window lady was talking about how she couldn't wait to get off to her coworker and she wouldn't acknowledge me.

What would be the point of ordering a 3 o'clock pickup if I'm not going to leave your store until 3:24? The lil dude taking orders didn't notify anyone I was there for a pickup until 10 minutes after i told him. Everyone that walked in and pulled up after me left before I did. That's the worst service I've experienced anywhere in awhile.

My food was fresh of course, I tried the sloppy Joe sandwiches and it was bad for the size, they were completely out of hi c products so the kids were forced to drink soda 🫤

The food was not hot, was not fresh and definitely not good! Just terrible! Do not and I repeat do not waste your time and hard earned money at this location in Dolton, Illinois on Sibley blvd. Go to the one in calumet city/River Oaks on 159th st. That one is better. Dang near $20 for 7 double cheeseburger and they weren't even hot enough to melt the cheese. Meat wasn't fresh looking or tasting. I had stopped going to this location before for like years and decided to give it a chance again. Never again!

Nov 4 got to drive through at 2pm left at 230pm. The longest wait ever, cars were leaving, they said we are sorry for wait but I do not get why it took so long, when I got my food the fries were warm.... Not even hot so yeah bad experience.

Decent stop! My first time trying White Castle, and while I wasn’t a personal fan, others with me who have had it before from other locations said that it was good! The service here was very slow though, and the cashier was very rude! Would receive better rating if employees were friendly!

In drive thru at the window was asked twice to wait a minute to place in my order after about 15 minutes. I still wasn't able to place an order. I drove off. And no, it was not busy. We need to do better these places want our business but provide shitty service .
