definitely a place ran by teens. if you want extra toppings don’t bother with the kiosk and just wait to order at their counter or you might get charged without getting anything. plan on taking it to go if they’re busy, they might not keep spoons out.

I ordered takeout in person. (1pm on a Thursday) I ordered one wrap. After 35 minutes of waiting, I asked about my order. I was told they didn’t have it. I requested a refund and left. Save your time and go to Berto‘s next-door.

Ive really enjoy their bowls but I’ll never doordash from here again. Paid 15 dollars for a wrap thats half the size it used to be. Must be because whoever made it forgot half the ingredients. Missing the quinoa, tortilla strips, black beans and the avocado that I paid extra for. They didn’t even remember the sauce so it was dry and bland. Very disappointing. Not to mention the poke bowls are 90% rice. I’ll go to smoothie king for a smoothie bowl, poke bros for a much better poke bowl and literally anywhere else for a wrap. I used to really love this place.

This place is run by children with no training, customer service experience, or urgency to fill orders. We dined in and it took 40 minutes for them to fulfill our order. We asked for a refund half way through so we could just leave but they said it'd just be another minute and they already started our order. 20+ min later we got our order. Store was full of other customers waiting for just as long as us. Ownership should hire an actual shift manager and staff more employees during known busy hours like a summer weekday lunch time. Employees there move slowly, stand around, and dont know the instructions to make menu items. We absolutely will not be coming back. Food was mediocre at best too. Go down the block and just get a wrap and drink from Starbucks...
