You know you want steak. Cooked exactly like you like it. Blue to leather, they will cook it if you ask it. The service here is constantly good. Attentive. Don't believe me? Take the water challenge. I bet no matter how fast you drain your cup, it will be full within minutes. Im not sure if they still work here but these servers have done great; Request them: Mark, 0Ashley, and Pilar. The Guachos are the so attentive and professional. To be honest. Considering the restaurant around here offering similar cuts, there is NO reason not to reserve a table here. 1 person or 12+, you will enjoy this experience.

Have been here several times, the experience has been very good every single time! Food is very good, and they offer a full churrasco service at reasonable price. Service has always been top notch, with servers coming often with different kind of meat. Many Brazilian guests appreciated the quality. Definitely a great spot also for larger groups!

A luxurious experience. Better to me than the OG Fogo De Caio. The vibe was great. Felt inviting and the servers actually served you without you feeling that they're doing this for a paycheck. It just felt right and meant to be. My wife loved it and I was completely satisfied. All ethnicities were there just vibing and enjoying their food....like it was originally intended to be. It will be my stable now. It really felt like your hard earned money was appreciated there.

Went there today. Mid thru dinner my daughter and I felt water drip on us. Turns out the air conditioning from above had a drip, nothing major but we were surprised. We had to slide our chairs over to avoid getting wet again. I asked to speak to the manager. Sonny the manager came and I told him food was delicious and the servers were great, only disappointment was the occasional water drip. He proceeded to explain that happens, the air conditioner system sweats and water drips. I ask why place a table under there if they are aware of the situation. He dismissed the question, seemed bother, no apology and no acknowledgement. I asked if he would sit and eat at that table and he stayed silent. He then said we will take care of it and walked away. The waitress comes with a dessert as an apology from the manager. She then proceeds to question me as why would a complain since it was a minor drip and all I had to do was move over. She said I had made her look bad. We asked for the bill, payed, and left Sonny his dessert on the table. Never again and I definitely do not recommend anyone going to the Downers Grove location. If you do go, do not sit on the left side near the glass with the view towards the exit, you will get wet.

I can just write all beautiful and nice but here is my sincere opinion.
We went for my son’s birthday, nice food, good service, you can eat as much as you want, but hey, more than 320 $ for the three of us. A one time experience I guess… How often can we go with that price ?

I started going here when they first opened. What it was then and now are nothing like each other.

Back in the day, it felt high end with top tier service. Service is still good but not at the old level.

In terms of food, I used to eat these sausages they had. They are the location that I used to measure other restaurants by, no longer.

No sausages now, no pineapple, no shrimp,no cheese, no salmon, fewer cuts of meat and despite all this they are very pricey.

I get that a true Brazilian steak would not serve seafood but the top tier competitors do.

For this much money they need to bring a better game.

I went for dinner with my wife and another couple. The food that we got was pretty good. We only saw like 7 different types of meat and most of it was a little over cooked. Good taste though.

Great food and a great experience! We came in with a party of 12 and they were extremely accommodating from start to finish. The steaks were cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and definitely the highlight of the meal. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and everyone in our group had a great time. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good steak dinner with family or friends!

Very disappointed. We have been coming here for over 10 years and this will be our last time. Service is rushed only cheap cuts were offered even when we requested other cuts be brought. Also when ordering dessert the waiter didnt even bring them all but the check was offered. If I am paying $100 a person I expect to be treated with more care and not rushed through my dinner. Sad our special occasion was ruined by attended this restaurant.

Always a great experience. Great ambience. Great customer service. Excellent choices of beef, poultry and chops. Scrumptious Pao de quiejo! Worth every penny! I feel like my family are always here. We'll always come back. Customer Service is unprecedented! Very polite and friendly, flirty servers!

Drove About an hour, ended up being a waste of time!! Over the course of an hour and a half I had 3 pieces of steak and 2 pieces of bread! Definitely would not recommend.
