Always an excellent experience!

Chama is above and beyond what the competitors at other Brazilian steakhouses offer. The service here is great and the meat is cooked more on the rare side and tastes miles better than the competitors.

When it comes to Brazilian steakhouses, this is the only one to spend your money on.

Was our 3rd wedding anniversary at Chama this past weekend! Was a wonderful time as usual and will be spending our 6 year anniversary as a couple here as well when the time comes

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback as a longtime guest of Chama Gaúcha I have been coming to your restaurant for over 15 years, and it has always held a special place in my life. My family and I have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, and many meaningful moments there.

One of the things I always loved was the atmosphere it felt cozy, warm, and intimate. The lighting, the sense of privacy, and the comfortable seating made each visit memorable, especially when celebrating special occasions with my husband.

Since the renovation, however, I feel that some of that charm has been lost. While the food remains excellent, the new space feels very different:
1-The lighting is much brighter, which takes away from the intimate mood.
2-The music volume is often too loud for a relaxed dinner.
3-Seating arrangements don’t always accommodate couples celebrating, as we’ve been placed next to large, noisy groups even after noting the occasion in our reservation.
4-The removal of lunch service has made it difficult for me to visit as often. As a parent of three, including a child with special needs, lunchtime visits were ideal and more practical.

I completely understand the desire to refresh and modernize, and I respect the effort put into improving the restaurant. At the same time, I wanted to share how these changes have affected the experience for guests like me, who valued the intimate and cozy setting. It would make a huge difference if there were a designated area for couples and small groups who prefer a quieter, more relaxed environment.

Your restaurant has meant so much to me and my family over the years, and I truly hope to continue making memories there. Thank you for taking the time to read my thoughts.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. It was my wife's birthday and she couldn't have any of the desserts because she is lactose intolerant. The waitress offered a bowl of fresh fruit which was a really refreshing way to end a giant meal of steak, pork, and lamb. They went the extra mile to make it special. What a great memory!

Hands down my favorite! Been coming here for years. Great food with amazing service! Service here is better than most higher end restaurants I’ve been to downtown. I always recommend going here over Fogo or Texas De Brazil, this place makes those places look terrible
