The Chipotle on Ogden Avenue in Downers Grove is pretty average. The food is consistent with what you’d expect from Chipotle—tasty and fresh, but nothing extraordinary. The service can be hit or miss; sometimes it’s quick and efficient, but other times the line moves slowly, even when it’s not that busy. Dante is a rockstar!! He is a great ambassador for Chipotle & they are fortunate to have him. He went above & beyond to accommodate a high maintenance order & customer service was as great as it can get!! Thank you!!!

They have a new Brisket meat that is delicious. The staff was great and very helpful when asking questions. I even got to taste the new menu item before I ordered it. The manager had a dishonest customer playing games trying to get free food. I was impressed how he handled the situation!
