Chipotle Mexican Grill has fantastic staff and excellent food, much better than other locations. However, some customers found that portion sizes were skimpy and the atmosphere not as clean. Despite the good food, tables were dirty and some had to request more chips for their guacamole. Ordering online during lunch hours might be risky, as some customers experienced missing orders due to busy staff and high customer traffic. Overall, Chipotle offers run-of-the-mill food with occasional hiccups in service and cleanliness.
