Hong Kong Chop Suey is exactly what you want takeout Chinese food to be: delicious, fast, and friendly. There's always room in the parking lot, you can order over the phone or online, and the menu is extensive. The portions are generous and maybe someday I'll remember that when I order... because I always order way too much!

I've been coming here since the late 80s as a child. It's had a few changes in ownership since the original owners retired a few years ago, but I love the new owners' son and their food. We always enjoy Hong Kong, but several differences this time around.Both dishes had the rice included in the'to go' container, it was not separate. It also had sauce or seasoning mixed in. That was not what I was expecting. The Kung Pao Chicken was a little sparce on the peanuts, but very tasty as usual.Beef with Pea Pods also tasty.
