First let me say, I love the pizza! Had a pizza that was lacking in ingredients. Called and received a credit. Yay! Next pizza was also not made well, called and manager said he would put a credit on my account. Yay! Ordered today and there was no credit noted! Spoke with another manager who credited whole order! Yay! And let me say this pizza was awesome! Thank you Lou's!

The Downer’s Grove Lou Malnati’s has the best people and super friendly staff. The food is consistently great quality and the pizza is great tasting and filling. Service is quick, excellent and attentive. The young man was professional, pleasant and efficient, and the staff was helpful and made people feel really welcome. The deep dish pizza is good and quick, with tomato sauce and cheese of mid quality, fine for a quick deep dish to share with friends or family. The place is busy, crazy busy on a Bears playoff game day, but they get the pizza out fast. The boneless wings are awesome. People definitely will return and come back.
