I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. It was burnt, hard as a rock, flat as a pancake and Tasted like shoe leather! The quarter pounder is supposed to be freshly made and hand carved. It was none of those. It was disgusting, and I wouldn’t waste my time coming here! And most importantly, don’t waste your money! This McDonald’s is awful!

Perhaps they were short-staffed on this particular day, but the drive-thru was painfully slow. Despite having waited in line at least five or six minutes after placing my order, when I got to the pickup window, I waited another two or three minutes to get my simple order of a McDouble Bundle and a Diet Coke. The cherry on top was that my burger and fries were only barely warm. It baffles me how a high volume McDonald's can possibly serve cold fries, but it has happened to me twice this week. The woman who handed me my meal seemed to be working as fast as she could, but seemed a little flustered, which is why I wondered about being short-staffed. Worst McDonald's experience in quite some time. I do not often frequent this particular store, so I don't know if this was typical or not.
