Delicious fried Chicken but dripping with oil. Would I get it again anyway? Yes

Waiting since 10 minutes in drive-thrue and no one is here there is no any employee I here their voice they all inside but no one look up! Shame on popeyes!

I usually like Popeyes, but this specific location has zero integrity. I picked up my order (chicken, mash, and a drink) only to find the mashed potatoes weren't in the bag. Mistakes happen, so I went back to let them know. The manager’s attitude was shocking—he acted like I was trying to scam them for a side of potatoes. Treating paying customers like liars is a fast way to lose business. I won’t be coming back.

Lots of food for the money. Staff looked shorthanded but we’re doing an amazing job. Felt comfortable to eat alone in public. Ever since they opened I’ve never experienced a wrong order. Friendly staff. High school kids go there all the time at night and are welcome. Safe place to be..and very respectful.

There's a reason this place has 3 stars. The food is less than perfect, tastes like cardboard.

The food is cold. Don’t go at 9 o’clock at night cause you’re gonna get all the leftovers. I didn’t get a biscuit that I paid for. The girl, Maria did not listen to me when I said no ice and I had to remind her and then she got an attitude with me. I called to let the manager know I didn’t get my order correct and she proceeded to tell me that I was lying that the fries were hot and the chicken was fresh, but it was cold. So, I’m writing this review to warn you all that the chicken is not fresh check you bag before you go. The manager and Maria are not nice and don’t know handle customers. I will never be back and they don’t even have a corporate office that you can call. I see why this place is never busy! I hope they get it together!

Maria and her team hard working and doing so wonderful and they all are so kind. Beautiful smiles you walk in the door and so very helpful to me. I loved talking with them so amazing. The service here is the best, enjoy Come here to eat. Very clean and safe spaces, and the people are Amazing. They do deserve a little bit of a raise. Lol you have Great workers..

The service I received from the whole crew, Maria, Ivan and Mr. Sean, was fast, friendly and professional. The food was piping hot and fresh! The entire restaurant was clean; the front counter, behind the counter (from what I can see), the crew's work/prep station, the dining area, the lady's room and parking lot. Food came out fast! I'm very happy and overly satisfied with this location!

Terrible experience at this Popeyes in Downers Grove. My friends and I decided to grab lunch here, and the chicken we got was undercooked completely unacceptable. I called the manager, Maria, who said she would refund my bill, but that turned out to be false. She just said it to buy time, and the refund never happened.
Very disappointing experience overall poor food quality and even worse customer service. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone

Being sorry is not solving any problem. There will be no other chance, I will never spend money on undercooked chicken unless you are the only restaurant in the whole world
