Went to the downers grove location with my wife. Was seated fairly quickly. There were maybe 6 customers. Waited for over 10 min. No one asking if we wanted drinks, no water, no biscuits, NOTHING. Went to leave and 2 employees and the manager sitting up front laughing and talking. Extremely disappointed. Especially the manager. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother going.
We totally enjoyed our meal today at Red Lobster DG, IL
