Starbucks in Downers Grove

“My go to store when im visiting Chicago oak brook area. I skip 3 starbucks on the way just to come here for wonderful coffee and quick service by the staff. I wonder what’s different about this store location that makes it stand out from other Starbucks locations around.“

“I want to take a moment to shout out to Lauren, the amazing employee at this Starbucks location. No matter how busy it gets, she remains professional and courteous and greets everyone with a smile. Lauren truly stands out as the best employee here and deserves to be recognized for her hard work.“

“Cannot complain about the food and service as it is a staple of Starbucks. However, I feel like their locations have become a bit lack luster. Previously, I feel like Starbucks were a great place to sit and stay awhile. Now it feels cramped and somewhere you just want to get in and out. Would love to see that “third-place” aspect that I loved about Starbucks come back!“

You are in business, and if you want to sell your products, remaining neutral in the business is important, although outside the business atmosphere, everyone should speak their minds Starbucks coffee is generally a bit strong but this morning I enjoyed a caramel macchiato, very tasty I'm sure everyone can find something good here!“
