The team was SO amazing and accommodating and was able to transfer my order. Great customer service. Also nice to see everyone working together and helping each other out. Such a great experience!“

They immediately apologized when we realized the mistake, offered suggestions for a replacement, and went above and beyond to correct this. I came to Starbucks really craving an Iced Chai latte drink that I’ve had in the past. I had remember it tasted like it had brown sugar and cinnamon in it but I couldn’t remember the name. Katie had reminded me that it was called the ‘Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai.’ She let me know that it was out of season but was willing to try to recreate it for me.
