“The staff here are so helpful. The app glitched and let me order something they were out of. They immediately apologized when we realized the mistake, offered suggestions for a replacement, and went above and beyond to correct this. I was not mad or expecting anything special, just asked for a different flavor but they went the extra mile to make my experience more than satisfactory.“
“Average Starbucks restaurant and coffee shop in downtown Lombard. The service was friendly and my coffee came out as ordered. Pricing is average for this store. They had plenty of seating to hang out with one or a few people. WiFi is available on all of your devices while you visit the store.“
“Huge thanks to Katie!
I came to Starbucks really craving an Iced Chai latte drink that I’ve had in the past. I had remember it tasted like it had brown sugar and cinnamon in it but I couldn’t remember the name. Katie had reminded me that it was called the ‘Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai.’ She let me know that it was out of season but was willing to try to recreate it for me.
The drink was phenomenal just like I remembered! Thanks Katie- Starbucks is so lucky to have you!“
“Update: Even after 8 years, we still remember the great experience we had at Starbucks. This location always stood out for its friendly atmosphere, fast service, and consistently great coffee.
The staff was welcoming and professional, and the drinks were made exactly right every time we stopped in. It was one of those locations that always felt comfortable whether you were grabbing something quickly or sitting down to relax for a while.
Looking back, this Starbucks really left a positive impression on us because of the consistency and customer service. Sometimes it is the places that make you feel welcome that you remember years later, and this was definitely one of them.
As Mike & Amy’s Small Town Adventures, we have visited coffee shops all across the Midwest, and this Lombard Starbucks remains one of the memorable stops from our earlier travels. Easy 5 stars from us.
