Waited there for about 10 mins in line, one person in front of us. No one acknowledged us or offered to take our order. The ones working had no sense of urgency. Not sure why the workers (2) were there. One was just getting ice. We left

Awful customer service, minus 5 stars! I went in to get a cherry icee and the flavor was horrid. I let the young female behind the counter know, instead of saying sorry or let me go see what the problem is I got, "just go get a different kind!" Well, I dont like the other flavors, is their anything I can do? "No. That'll be $2.30". Really? Charge me for your poor product! It's only pennies but it's the point. I paid and you'll never have my business again.

Came here a while ago to try their smores Frappuccino since it was in season. It is inside a Target I've been inside a handful of times so it's definitely convenient for your average shopper. This place features seating too! The woman on my visit was really sweet, friendly and courteous. They didn't have any smores Frappuccinos because they were short on ingredients I suppose. So I got a similar Frappuccino but she gave me a discounted price which really made up for it. Great...read full review
