I told the lady, when I ordered my drink, that I was having a “bummer” of a day and I hoped the coffee would improve my mood.
Coffee was complimentary when I went to pay and there were uplifting messages written on my cup. That gesture of kindness by your staff completely flipped my mood, like a light switch.
Thank you, Starbucks, and your great employees.
When all the guys are there it is great! True baristas! A lot of the ladies seem to be lazy and do not make good coffees. Training is needed for these ladies. The male crew is above excellent. A regular !!
This is the friendliest, happiest Starbucks in the western burbs! Service and prep second to none! Harrison and Jamie are gracious guys as are all who work there . Kudos! I would give 6 stars if that were an option.
