“This is the best Starbucks around! The baristas here are very knowledgeable of the menu and how to properly add espresso to cold or frozen drinks without compromising the temperature of the drink! This is the only Starbucks within a 10 mi radius that can make the drink I like correctly! I go out of my way to come to this location for their delicious coffee and other drinks! The customer service demonstrated here is phenomenal!“

“Very friendly and helpful staff. I don't usually go there for any hot beverages so I am not familiar with any menu options. They were very patient and welcoming. Great location as you can grab your coffee to go and go on a little tour around Downers Grove downtown area, which is beautiful.“
“Starbucks is not always my first choice for coffee, and I don't like when companies get themselves caught up in politics. You are in business, and if you want to sell your products, remaining neutral in the business is important, although outside the business atmosphere, everyone should speak their minds Starbucks coffee is generally a bit strong but this morning I enjoyed a caramel macchiato, very tasty I'm sure everyone can find something good here!“
“Randomly stopped at this location because I was passing by and needed a quick bite, and was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the two workers! I got an iced London fog and spinach wrap. My London fog was perfect! I had to wait a little for the oat milk to steam, which is all part of the process of the drink, and while waiting the 2 employees were engaging and made the wait seem non existent. All while staying busy and still working which i found very impressive!
Glad I randomly stopped in this location and if I'm ever back in the area, I'll probably stop and get a beverage just because!“
