Starbucks in Downers Grove

“This is the best Starbucks around! The baristas here are very knowledgeable of the menu and how to properly add espresso to cold or frozen drinks without compromising the temperature of the drink! This is the only Starbucks within a 10 mi radius that can make the drink I like correctly! I go out of my way to come to this location for their delicious coffee and other drinks! The customer service demonstrated here is phenomenal!“

“Randomly stopped at this location because I was passing by and needed a quick bite, and was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the two workers! I got an iced London fog and spinach wrap. My London fog was perfect! I had to wait a little for the oat milk to steam, which is all part of the process of the drink, and while waiting the 2 employees were engaging and made the wait seem non existent. All while staying busy and still working which i found very impressive!

Glad I randomly stopped in this location and if I'm ever back in the area, I'll probably stop and get a beverage just because!“

“Came into this location tonight a little light headed from walking a little too long and too fast. This because I had a car ready at an auto shop and was told there was no shuttle to pick me up! The sweet and very caring young lady behind the counter gave me a cold cup of water and allowed me to sit and cool off. She also listened while I vented a bit about the heck of a week Id had. I just want to say thank you to this nice woman. For being an ear and for caring when I needed a moment to decompress..and cool off! I asked her name and if I heard it incorrectly I'm so sorry. Regardless, thank you! She helped take the edge off a quite interesting week and cared enough to ask me several times if I was ok.

“I had a fantastic experience at this starbucks! The staff were friendly and efficient, completed my drink order perfectly, I love the layout of this particular location. There are bar seats along the windows, a couple smaller tables, and a long 8 seater table with lots of outlets! Seems like a very nice place to sit and study, work, or just hang out. I ordered a pink energy drink and it tastes amazing. Shoutout to Ashlee who took my order!! She was very sweet and friendly!“
