I have been trying to communicate for months and they are not able to answer the phone or messages

I hate how poorly my BK in Momence is operated. there are times they won't take cash unless it's exact change, today I got my Coke with a shake collar instead of a lid, no straw either, always some excuse why things are weird, Young man said they were out of lids for that size cup, I accepted but a normal BK would of just up graded to size cup they do have lids for also, pulling cars to beat the drive through timer, and orders still cold, today they weren't as rude as normal but didn't apologize for no lids, phu had to be double bumped as my bacon cheeseburger was room temp and must of pulled the cheese straight out of the walkin because it was cold and my nuggets were dried out, this review isn't just because of one order everyone has a bad day but anymore this place I just hope they have an ok day, they once took my food to the wrong car the customer when they had 3 cars pulled the customer looked in bag dug around in it and brought it to me I brought it in and asked them to remake it and they were rude and at first told me it's all there, I asked them to remake it and they acted like I was crazy, until I said I didn't know if the guy in the car who dug in that bag "who knows if he washes his hands" . I hate to see this place fail other issues, serving drinks with no ice, regularly out of product, closing early, poor staffing to the point the few good employees are so over worked their attitudes have changed, NEVER have seen anyone who resembles a General Manager or AGM, not using fryers correcting,
shortening rotation isn't happening to a point when the fries are hot, they're dark brown and smell of old grease, have to to need cold soaked, I didn't wanna pile on the locations reviews so that's why i posted this long review on the Corporate page. I'm not here hurt the place as I enjoy BK I just feel it needs help

The location in Michigan City Indiana is pretty friggin' GREAT! Spacious, CLEAN, nice friendly helpful employees. AND a play place type apparatus for the kiddies? Truly impressive.?

I currently work for Burger King. And I can tell you everything about Burger King has definitely gone down hill. The GM offered the employees BK hoodies, and BK jersey’s for $45 each. I bought one each, and I ended up having to cashApp my pymnt of $100 to the GMs cashApp.. this must’ve been back in early august.. she said it will take 5-7 days to get delivered.. they STILL have not been delivered, even tho the gym says they were.. but I have not seen or heard anything about them being delivered.The funny part is is… if they haven’t been delivered.. then how does she have her hoodie and jersey?? But me and the others are still waiting? And how many months later ??

We visited the Mounds View Burger King, We ordered a whopper, chicking sandwich (had 1 measly pickle), mozzarella sticks, fries and chicken fries everything had the consistency of food that had been under a warmer for hours with the exception of the fries that were soggy and cold the only thing that was decent was the large coke and small sprite. It was definitely not worth $23.00 horrible food

I stopped in during lunch on Tuesday at the location on Plainfield road outside the Joliet mall and the heavyset lady cashier who come to find out was a manager was screaming obscenities and cursing at another employee. There were children and an older couple dining in also and I just couldn't believe the way she was screaming and cursing in front of everyone. The only positive note about our visit was the heavy set Latino manager wearing the red tie coming out and apologizing to everyone. He was also the one who was making the food which was fresh and delicious. I admire his professionalism and character especially for apologizing for something that was out of his control.

Here's a picture of my hash browns from Sunday morning. I'm guessing the grease wasn't hot enough and old. Of course didn't notice until we were well down the road. Why would you serve something like this?

The location on Robert's rd is run by a creep he is unprofessional in every way possible. Do not let your daughters work here. I have reached out to multiple people with no call back at all. They do not care if the children they hire are safe.

I been working for burgers king for 3 weeks and still haven't got my paycheck

SEND HELP ASAP I have worked for the Lexington, MN BK for 8 years. It’s always been hard to find enough good people but since COVID nobody wants to work. I guess unemployment pays more. We are running our store with 8 and soon to be only 7 people. We are short staffed by 3-5 people per shift. We are all working overtime just to serve our community. We are hard workers and exhausted. Please start a hiring bonus program or something to get applicants in. To any customers reading this. Please be nice to the people serving you and feel free to request your food be made fresh. We want you to have a great BK experience.

They bought the Burger King in Des Plaines on lee st and that Burger King used to be the best Burger King NOW ITS A JOKE.How are they also supposed to clean if they only leave 2 people to close ? Like do you think they are like super human or something? This company is a joke and just made a joke of that Burger King. what type of company are you guys running? Your page doesn’t even work? Like what the hell?

Burger king off robert street you can tell they dont care. Every order is wrong i have stopped visiting that store even though its my childs favorite place.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever has to deal with. There HR person never ever answers her phone. You get a recording that directs you to another site wage verify which is no better they do not up date there information on the website. Why because the person in HR is to busy to answer the phone. They push there job on the other company I have been calling for over three weeks and still my information has not changed.
