“I’m so glad that this coffee shop opened on this side of town. I live in Pontiac and don’t get to B/N much, but when I do, I hit this gem of a coffee shop.
The moment I walk in I feel like I belong. I love the bright, peaceful decor. The window light on the front is amazing. The bathrooms are updated and clean all of the time.
The coffee!! These baristas listen! I love my lattes extra hot. Most baristas will roll their eyes at me and won’t make my lattes extra hot. However, there is one particular girl at this coffee shop who hits the mark every time. I have yet to get her name, but I appreciate her.
I didn’t give this place 5 stars, but it’s definitely a 4.9. ;) What would make it a 5 star for me, personally is offering drinks in ceramic mugs when I’m staying there to drink my coffee and an option for gluten AND dairy free baked goods.“

“I stopped in this morning for a coffee, and the guy had great recommendations! He was great to talk to. He suggested their cold brew which I tried with a sugar free toffee syrup. It was amazing! I’ll definitely be going back. It was also pretty quick, I was in and out in less than five minutes.“

“Great, friendly baristas. Excellent expresso. This is worth the stop for the coffee snob! The House Cortado (honey, cinnamon, and cocoa) is a delightful twist on the classic, which is also delicious.

“This is hands down the best coffee shop I’ve been to anywhere in the US. The atmosphere is outstanding at any of their locations. They always have very helpful and polite staff. They roast their own beans and they are amazing. The baristas are very talented and creative. If you have an opportunity to try the Coffee Hound it is well worth the time.“

“Customer service is friendly. Must try the cookie crumble. We also had the horchata drink but it was very overwhelming with the coconut powder and tasted more like a coconut drink. They have a drive-thru if you don’t want to go in. The drive-thru is limited space. Avoid high coffee times because you might be in the street waiting due to limited parking/drive-thru space.
Parking: Parking is very limited in this area because of all the nearby stores“
“I absolutely love Aiden. I came in not sure about what to order and he made me the perfect drink! He asked what I like and don’t like and curated a drink just for me. He is so bubbly and adds character to this Starbucks. This made my day:)“

“Great hidden place. I found it as a suggestion on maps because it is close to Grove Elementary, and I needed a coffee in between meetings there. It is such a good place. Fast, good variety of treats, smoothies... pretty unexpected, and good!“
“On of the very view starbucks that will give me a bigger cup or an extra cup with the rest of my drink in it. I get added 2 shots so it makes more than what fits in the cup...I paid for it and I appreciate getting it all. Plus the employees that work here are super friendly and nice.“
