“The staff are friendly and the owner is so hardworking and a sweetheart. The drinks are delicious and the seasonal ones are very creative. An iced Salted Caramel White Mocha Latte is my go-to. The atmosphere is peaceful and kids are welcome. There are craft supplies, games, toys, and puzzles to entertain all ages. It's a great place for a mom date, to host a shower, or to take the whole family after church for good conversation and coffee!“

“This is my favorite McDonald's to go to. The staff is great, courteous and friendly. The store is always clean (inside and outside). At times I have driven 20 - 30 miles out of my way just to go to the Monticello McDonald's. I don't know the names of all the staff but I have been treated with extra care on many occasions by Bo and Jeff. I am disabled and can't get around very well and those 2 have gone over and above to help me. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful also, I just don't know the names of everyone. Keep up the great work everyone! I highly recommend the Monticello McDonald's.“

“We came across this place yesterday. Greeted by sweet Jake! Loved the drag strip (keep it around!!!) wii bowling and great bartender and drinks. Highly recommend and hope to come back. And maybe play some beach volleyball!!! Such a hidden gem in central Illinois“
