“Stopped here both weekend mornings, and it was probably the best Starbucks customer service experience we've ever had. The nicest cashier even though they forgot my coffee on the first day. I didn't even care, because they gave me good energy for the rest of our day. They made my kid a great 16th birthday beverage as well! Sadly, we'll never be in Rantoul again, but if only all Starbucks treated their guests as they did!“

“Staff Manager Christine was the best! Traveling from Chicago to St. Louis, my granddaughter left a very special stuffed animal in the the play room. Didn’t notice it was gone until we were back in St. Louis. Called the branch in Rantoul Il and told Christine of our mistake. On her own time and expense she had it mailed to us by the end of the day! Unbelievably kind!! Good Luck in life Christine!!“
