This is my favorite McDonald's to go to. The staff is great, courteous and friendly. The store is always clean (inside and outside). At times I have driven 20 - 30 miles out of my way just to go to the Monticello McDonald's. I don't know the names of all the staff but I have been treated with extra care on many occasions by Bo and Jeff. I ordered the new crispy chicken ceaser sandwich. I asked for no lettuce and no tomato. Got the receipt it says no lettuce and no tomato. Got my bag of food. The ticket on top of the sandwich said no tomato. Opened the box and there was no tomato and it looked like they tried to take the lettuce off after the fact. There was less than 10 pieces of the lettuce. I ate it but was a little disappointed.
