The reason why I gave this a 3 star is because sometimes this is the best BBQ I’ve ever had and sometimes it’s the worst. I’ve had juicy fall off the bone ribs, I’ve had burnt and dry ribs and I’ve had ribs that were not done and clinging to the bone. This time they were tough and I don’t think they were done all the way. The quality is just kind of all over the place. When this place is on, it’s on fire!!! went there for lunch today, I had brisket, smoked sausage and ribs with a side of potato salad. The ribs were absolutely delicious as was the smoked sausage, the brisket was not sliced across the grain which being not all that tender in the first place wasn't too good, no smoke flavor or smoke ring. Stopped in for a late lunch while on a road trip. Service was quick, and the quarter slab and potatoes were excellent, the cinnamon apples needed a bit more sugar. Overall: I’ll come back the next time I’m in town.
