My wife and our two little boys stopped here to get out of the car on our drive home from Springfield to Chicago and we needed something different than the usual fast food. I had been here a long time ago, pre children, and wanted to come back. Today! I am happy we decided to stop here. I wish I remembered our server's name, she was so nice and good at her job. Take the drive to Dwight! Take in the history along U.S. 66 and stop by Station 343 Restaurant! This beautiful fire department themed restaurant has amazing food, a full bar, and wonderful staff. Ask about their drink and food specials. Their banquet hall upstairs is a large beautiful space for a party, wedding etc. Stop by and give them a try!

We traveled a distance to meet family. Our table was perfect. In a quiet corner.If I had a negative, it would be that when we were served our soup, I asked for crackers or bread. The server told us they were out and had nothing to offer. We had 6 in our group, and we all enjoyed our meals.
