I got brisket, pulled pork, and a quarter slab of ribs. The bark on the brisket was delicious but the brisket was dry. The ribs had a beautiful smoke ring but they may have been sitting out for a little bit because they were a little dry. The pulled was excellent. Very juicy and had a really good flavor. I loved the baked beans. The apples were a little too sour for my liking. I think some brown sugar on the apples would have made them so much better. Great BBQ joint! Brisket is tender and juicy. Pulled pork is amazing. I love the ribs as well. Wife and son really enjoy the Mac and cheese. Great atmosphere inside and out. The patio is awesome!
