I’m impressed! I’ve rarely left reviews for McDonald’s and other fast food restaurant like it, but today I’d like to write about a service quality that was above and beyond expectation. Normally at McDonald’s you get the typical “I’m just here for a check” employees and that’s what you usually expect from McDonald’s. This means as customers, we’re used to seeing low enthusiasm and low drive. This was not the case today at this location. The young lady today 4/29/24 2:50 pm blue sweatshirt that took my order was as sweet as can be, and as enthusiastic as can be. Extremely articulate and professional, so much so that it caught me off guard and I had to double check to make sure I was actually at a McDonald’s. Way to be above and beyond!I’d normally write about the food too but let’s be honest, we all know what McDonald’s tastes like.From a business/upper mgt/HQ perspective, if you guys put that young lady in a position where she could train and quality control other staff at other/all locations, you’d completely change the brand image of McDonald’s for the better. And no, I did not know that young lady before our 1 time professional interaction nor did she tell me to write this review or say that, just putting it out there haha. Keep up the greatness

I get that its a small town mcdonalds but damn. nastiest mcdonalds i ever tasted in my life. awful service. workers friends visited and just went in and out of the kitchen, to the bathroom, and back, and invited themselves back to the kitchen? interesting. nuggets legitimately were as hard as a rock. quarter pounder meat tasted rotten to say the least. but hey ill give the ice cream machine a 10/10 wasn’t broken for my lovely mcflurry. but that doesn’t help the fact that it took 20 minutes for the food while there was no one else in the restaurant. and trust me im not a karen. i just really REALLY had the worst mcdonalds i ever. and that says alot.

Guy was smoking outside and we waited for him to come back... I don't think he washed his hands because he went from the door back to his post as "cashier"... Food was ok... Its McDonald's you know what to expect.... But ,again, it was just that guy coming back from his smoke break to take care of us that put me off...

This McDonalds is the dirtiest, most unkempt McDonalds I've ever been in. Bathrooms were disgusting, paper everywhere on the floor, dirty toilets. The drink service area was so sticky and had drinks spilled on the counters and floor. Also, they were out of ice cream. The machine worked, but he said they were out if it...that the lafy in front of me got the last cup of ice cream! Go figure!! Such a shame! It wasn't that busy. 2 cars in the parking lot!!

Ordered 2 burgers, soda, and fries inside togo. Pretty simple and my normal for decades. Had to ask for a cup for the soda I ordered. Worse part, got on the road and no pickles on my hamburgers, just wasn't a mcdonalds burger without them.

I ordered a cheeseburger, and I took a bite of it and parts of the bun were rock hard, the rest was fine and I don't like McDonald's that much but i ate it. we went through the drive thru and asked for 2 bags of apple slices. the apple slices didnt show up on the screen and they said they got my apple slices but when we got our food there was one bag. and worst of all we asked for ketchup and they gave us none. who eats fries without ketchup. my experience was not good. and my fries got cold fast, you are lucky i gave you 3 stars
