Such a unique business! ? If you are traveling anywhere in the one hour vicinity to this place, detour and try their meads, thank me later. They have a dozen meads on tap. Make sure to try their Fuzz & The Flower mead, that one is fantastic! We also enjoyed Blackberry and Strawberry Tesla Coil, Mega Meme, and Tangerine Blossom meads. Luckily the owner was there attending to the taproom when we visited, he is such a bubbly person! We were the only customers in there for a bit so he kept us company, told us about all of the meads, he was overall fantastic. We brought home nearly a dozen bottles of mead and a case of their strawberry apple cider. The cider is perfectly tart but also tastes like strawberry jam. We loved every bit of this visit and highly recommend!

Just some very different meads! have a huge variety, with 15 pours ready. I have posted some pictures of their flights. Really loved the honey forward Bee To Zee, the Mead for Golf, Pickle-Oh. The mead maker is super friendly! talk about what you are looking for and they will hook you up. loved their Cider and Cab Sauv too.

Haven’t tried mead? Often referred to as a honey wine. You’ve got to try this place! They a great variety of flavors and their products are also available for sale locally. Some of the local bars see their products as well as the liquor store in Dwight.

We made an impromptu stop at Unpossible Mead on our way to a summer gathering. We arrived early on a Saturday afternoon around 3.30 on the recommendation of friends (who were with us). 1. Greeted immediately but the bartender whit a huge smile and willingness to walk us through how to create our own sampling. 2. Bartender (I cannot remember her name for the life of me) continued on the conversation the entire time we were there. 3. Now, lets talk about the furry four legged friend who roams around with keen awareness to the fun that is about to begin and feels no hesitation in joining in and make us feel welcome and watched over. 4. Finally, the plan was to sample and head out on your continued journeys of which we did however not without grabbing a few bottles (6 for me), including a very well aged mead that will only be shared with the best of friends on a cold winters night by the warm fire. I cannot say anything other than great things about this little hidden gem that will now become a staple stop for us when we head south on I55 to wherever our travels take us.

Hole in the wall place, with quality homemade mead.

Amazing tucked away gem. Definitely recommend if your feeling like trying something new. Especially if you love cider beers or sweet wines. You'll love this place. The stuff is super passionate and friendly too.
