Can't even rate the food because after placing the order at 7pm, by 8pm it Hadn't even been started yet. Even if they were busy, it's COMMON COURTESY to call and let your customers know how long it will be. The website and app said it would be 40 minutes. We live TWO MINUTES AWAY from the store. Needless to say we cancelled the order and WILL NOT be ordering through them again. Absolutely unreal. I'm so upset.

The delivery driver Joe is not only very polite, but he is punctual & he always has a smile on his face. I look forward to having a pizza delivered by him any time I can! I enjoy when Tyler makes the pizza. He really puts his effort into caring about what each bite is going to taste like. These two, & their amazing managers & coworkers, keep this place rocking!!!!! ★★★★★

They canceled my online order so I called them and asked why and then he said they had to take safety precautions due to a threat of a shooting but he said I could change my order to carry out so if there’s a threat of a shooting I’ll stay open at attract more people to the Dominos what is there not a threat

Not the first time an order has taken over an hour and at this location.

But this time was somehow worse. I placed an order around 730pm.

I have email updates saying 50 - 60 mins. So the lady was correct. But its been over 1.5hrs..

When I asked if anything can be done about it, maybe a coupon or something. She said they are no longer able to do coupons

I asked for a number too call. Go figure, they dont have a number to give you. This is just wrong. I try to be understanding, as Im sure they are understaffed. But I wont be ordering Dominos again...

Update: 9:51pm I finally got my pizza

I love to go into the store and get my pizza. The staff is so friendly and they know people's names. Oh great pizza and subs.

I can forgive and forget cold and burnt food. However when I have an inside porch, and I ask for my food to be placed inside my porch.... There's no reason why it should be on the ground outside my porch. There's bugs, and stray animals that have full access to my food. It's common sense to place it inside, I honestly shouldn't even have to specify that.

Ordered a pizza online for pick up. Estimated time is 13-17 minutes. 45 minutes later the tracker says it’s still in prep. Call the store to cancel the order, no one answers. Go online to cancel the order. Not possible. We had to create a whole claim on dominos website to cancel an order and hope to hear back from them to get our money back. I guess it’s impossible for workers to even care about their jobs anymore

I ordered pasta Wednesday night and received a bowl of dried out mess.I called and complained and was offered a replacement to be delivered. I greatly accepted and received another bowl that was still dried out. I gave up and threw it away. So disappointed

I did not receive my food; the delivery must have been made to the incorrect address. When I attempted to call regarding this issue, the recorded message indicated that the line was closed, despite it not being 1:00 AM yet.

Their driver forgot an item then they basically told me there’s nothing they can do when we called. They also didn’t cut our pizzas all the way. I get having off days but bad service like that is a choice. Won’t be ordering from these clowns again.
