Our recent dining experience was disappointing. Despite the restaurant being less than half empty, service was disorganized, with food arriving at inconsistent times. We encountered several issues: plastic in a salad, undercooked ravioli, missing breadsticks, overcooked desserts, and inattentive service. The check was also incorrectly split. Overall, it was a frustrating and unsatisfactory meal. My sister's birthday was disappointing, may not be returning...

We ordered pizza tonight online. Put the order in around 5:40 request 7 pm delivery. At 7:20, we had no pizza so I called Joe's just to make sure order wasn't lost. I was told that "you're good, we only have one delivery driver tonight and she has alot of pizzas out ". She didn't ask my name or order number so I'm not sure how she knew I was good. Anyway, pizza finally arrived at 8:20. Cold and undercooked. Still tipped her, not her fault that they are understaffed. My complaint is that I had to microwave my pizza. If you cannot deliver as requested you should shut off online ordering. Poor management, apparently. Won't be ordering at Joe's again anytime soon.
Great delivery! Great food! Our order is always delivered a bit early or right on time-and it is always still really fresh and hot out of the oven. We have only dined in one time but the atmosphere and service was as great as their food! Highly recommend Joes Pizza and Pasta!

Great dining experience today, the staff was super friendly. Our server had a smile as she walked up and greated our party. The chicago style pizza makes you feel like you're in Chicago with the deep dish, plenty of sauce, cheese, and all the toppings! The dining room was clean, and is a family friendly place with arcade games. We will be back soon!

The place looks nice, but the food was gross, the Alfredo sauce tasted pasty like it was powdered, the pizza is nothing special you can get a pizza like this anywhere and the boneless chicken wings tasted like a cheap store brand chicken nugget shook in hot sauce and finally the service was horrible, the waitress was too busy talking to be bothered to check on the table.

I had a surprise baby shower thrown for me with around 20 people, but our waitress, Emmy, was absolutely incredible. She was on top of everyone’s drinks and food, and she made sure to bring everything we needed. She also continuously congratulated me. I was very happy and she helped create a memorable atmosphere. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
