The lady at the drive thru had amazed me with how well she had served me, she had brightened my day with her smile and definitely guaranteed me to come back! The food was excellent and overall a 10/10!

Drove by (Sat) last night at 8:30pm, I thought this place finally went out of business, from poor management. All lights were out, no sign on or anything, windows looked dirty. I googled it said they were open till 11, idk? If they were open, it was obvious that somebody didn’t want to work. Sad this once was a great location, they desperately need new management.

Ordered breakfast at 8 am, only 1 person working. I ordered 4 Super Sonic breakfast burritos. When I got to work they looked small, I could tell I got wrong order. My burritos weee missing tator tots, cheese and other ingredients. I didn’t have time to return food bc I was at work, so I called Corp said they would forward my complaint for redund. I called back in 2 wks when I didn’t see credit. They forwarded complaint to store general MANAGER LAURA, she hassled me told me she could only refund 1 burrito, instead of the $30 of food that wasn’t worth eating. I had my receipt I never would have called back for $5 that was just 1 more mistake that was made, grrr. She gave me so much hassle, I had to follow up with her when she said she would call me back etc. They will NEVER get another dime from me at this location, I was a very loyal customer I did not appreciate her , she should not be in her roll.

We waited approximately 15 to 20 minutes for a kids meal and a hamburger meal. There were only a couple of cars in front of me. I asked for a popcorn chicken kids meal and I got a chicken strip kids meal instead. I wasn’t too irritated about that until I realized the chicken was disgustingly dry and tasted like fish. I will not go to this location again!
My food was not fresh! My guess would be at least a day old. Tater tots were cold and hard as if they had just been sitting out. Corn dog was hard but at least it was warm and tasted like it would really be good if it was fresh. Be sure to request fresh food if you visit this location!

My mom and I waited over 23 minutes for 3 slushes. It’s absolutely ridiculous, and it wasn’t that busy at all. We definitely won’t be coming back here.

Take your business elsewhere. I parked at a stall and ordered a milkshake and slush. Watched everyone else get served and finally drove off after 25 minutes of waiting…. Terrible experience. 0/10 would recommend.
