Worst location period . Closed the dining room for over a year after COVID ended ... Didn't want the responsibility , even though they can't get your order right with the eased pressure.

Ordered delivery to the house doordash many late nights over the past 2 years after getting home from work. Always pleased with the quality of food late at night. 🫶😋
My family and I dined at the establishment on April 12th at 3:00 p.m. it was some of the best Taco Bell that we have had in a long time! The store was clean, the food was fresh, and the workers were very friendly.
Junior was wonderful. Very kind, patient and informative!

Went through the drive thru on my way to work this morning. Ordered a breakfast burrito and a medium hot coffee. They gave me what appears to one of the workers's old coffees or something. Barely over half filled and ice cold!

Super fast. Ordered, hot burrito, and pleasant staff. The biggest thing i wanted to say was - they didn't rush assembling my food, equal ingredients the whole way through the burrito. 🤘🏼

I will be calling corporate since the manager James refused to give me his supervisor’s name. The last time I visited I had an issue with my drink (it tasted like it needed to be changed) so I asked for a different one. He said he had just had one and it tasted fine as what I said didn’t matter. He proceeded to give me something different but it was off as well. I just told him it was ok and left. I could tell he was aggravated. This visit I decided to taste the fries with my tacos. The fries were cold so I went around (drive -thru) to have them replace as well as to add an order because I could tell they would be good if they were fresh. He told me that I would have to go back around (behind 3 other cars) in order to get fresh fries. I explained to him my tacos would be could by then. He said you can eat your tacos now. I said I want to eat my tacos with my fries when I get home. I said you can have the whole order back and replace the tacos as well if I have to go back around, I would need everything fresh. He refused so I told him to take the food and give me my money. He said he couldn’t take the food but refunded me. I had to ask his name 3 times before he would give it and he REFUSED to give me his supervisors name. If my fries were served cold why do I have to go back around to get fresh fries. They should of been served hot the 1st time. I said I would go back around but he would have to replace the whole order so everything would be fresh. I can’t believe he told me I could eat my tacos now. This man is terrible in customer service! I know it’s hard to find employees these days (I’m a business owner) but to settle is not acceptable.

The manager James has terrible customer service if you read previous comments you’ll see that he is terrible in this field. He never smiles and treats paying customers like trash.

To the over weight dark haired girl that works there, if you hate your job so much, quit! No need to treat paying customers so rude everyday! I eat there frequently due to my job being so close. From the first words at the speaker to the rudeness at the window!! Every single time!
