Got 2 brownie blizzards, I live 5 minutes away and when I got home it was just soup. Wanted a treat tonight but now I have to put it into the freezer for it to become ice cream and save it for next weekend. Not only is that a disappointment but having to ask for a lid on a blizzard that leaks everywhere in the car (happened once) is just insane. I shouldn’t have to ask for a lid through a drive through. What a disappointment.

Just picked up a cake at the East Dundee Dairy Queen. I went to the order board and no one assisted me. I pulled up to the window and knocked. A brown haired guy opened the window. I advised I was picking up a cake and provided my last name. He shut the window then came back and said there wasn’t a cake. I showed him my on line order and he then went back and brought out the cake. He then informed me it was ready 2 hours ago and next time to order at the order board, shut the window and walked away. He was very rude, no thank you, and unfriendly. My order number was Order # 37032150346858496

Wasn't the best banana split I've had. They need to up grade there game in making their banana split especially how they put their toppings and how much you just dont throwing on, like you dont care, there is an art to it and if a person ask for a specific ice cream please give them that not whatever you want to give them. It was so hot that day I just didn't bother to turn around but I figure I write a review. Ice cream melted by the time I have arrived home and the amount of whipped cream and 3 bits of pineapple I just had to laugh so I when to the store and bought the ingredients and did my own.
