I would have liked to have given service 10 stars. Juliana and the other staff members were all amazing.

Just placed an online pickup order, they charged my card and got a confirmation email and everything. Go to get it, and they were fully closed at 12:30pm, over two hours after they should have opened.

Subs are great and very fresh! They definitely don't skimp on ingredients. Nice, cozy atmosphere with very friendly staff.

Great sandwich place I like to go to, but they are always closed when they say they should be open. I try and go for lunch during work and their door is locked.

Not sure how they do it but expect them to take a solid 20-30 minutes to make you a cold sandwich, it’s almost impressive how long they are able to stretch out the process.

Nonno’s is a fantastic one-off little sandwich place right on River Street in East Dundee. We’ve been there many times, always good. They have hot sandwiches like an Italian Beef, a sausage & a meatball sammy. Cold sandwiches include a few types of Italian subs, Turkey, & their Ham sandwich. Ingredients, peppers, tomatoes etc always fresh. All prepped with care, piled high and always good. Try the soups too, they’re awesome. Eat-in or carry out you cannot go wrong with this place.

Went to the concert in the park last night and ordered some sandwiches to go. They said they were out of meatballs but would have more in a few. It took 45 minutes to get my order. Meatballs were not even hot and could tell sauce had been sitting a long time as it had burnt taste. To top it off we also ordered a sausage sandwich in which was not made with the toppings that was ordered.

Awesome sandwich shop in downtown East Dundee. Everything we've tried on the menu has been great. Get the pasta salad as your side when you order a sandwich, it's delicious. You can also order ahead online on their website if you don't want to wait.

Stopped in for lunch on Saturday. I had their Philly Cheese steak sandwich, it was really good. Came out hot out of the oven with Italian beef, provolone, sweet peppers and mushrooms. Bread was perfect, holding together with just the right amount of gravy (juice). This is more of a Chicago Italian beef than a Philly, but that is a technicality - it tasted delicious. They have a few tables inside, and a few outside. You get bottles of pop for drinks, and they have a good selection of chips. I also got a cannoli for dessert later. I will be back when I do my next road trip.
