Just placed an online pickup order, they charged my card and got a confirmation email and everything. Go to get it, and they were fully closed at 12:30pm, over two hours after they should have opened.

Terrible evening, we have eaten at this restaurant for many years. This restaurant was my wife's favorite restaurant as well as many of our neighbors. We were having a out of town guest visiting so my wife insisted we take them to Aliano's. We made a reservation for 645pm and asked to be seated inside the restaurant in reservation because the covered open area gets so loud with the bar there and other groups many times you cannot hear the person across at your table. We were seated inside at our usual table on time, we ordered our dinners. About halfway through our salad the owner came over to say , we have a wedding rehearsal dinner in this room and need the room. Could you please allow us to move you to the open area, go ahead and finish your salads. How can you say NO to a bride and her wedding plans, but I didn't screw up the booking or tell us the inside was booked. We moved to the covered area, right in the center of a extremely loud room. On top of it our dinners were already sitting on the table.. we then had to flag down someone for silverware, then flag someone down for water. Our guest only ate a few bites of her chicken Parm. My wife's dinner was so so compared to previous times. I always order a personal pizza because as Italian food goes this place is mediocre. I only went there over the years, because it was my wife's favorite restaurant. ( not any longer). Never at anytime did the owner later come over and say deserts on us for moving or any compensation for our inconvenience. The bill was over hundred dollars for pasta and a pizza. Save YOUR money and go to Olive Garden miles ahead in taste and cost.

Took my Wife Mother of our children to Alianos for Dinner at Alianos in East Dundee . Great experience Great food very friendly people, we tried something Different as our Entree, Alianos Italian restaurant always comes through with a Delicious Italian dish prepared by Chef G. All Mothers that had Dinner there on Mother's Day where given a Carnation. That was a nice extra the Carnation flower. I can't wait to return for another special Dinner with friends.

Wow, where to start ? I haven't been North in a while, one of the most surprising developments has been East / West Dundee... Finally some cool options that I wasn't aware of when I went South 3 years ago...The food here at Aliano's took me back to South Philly and the fabulous family owned restaurants of my youth and adulthood... Delectable Gnocci, amazing pasta , sauces and meats... Don't miss this place ! Maybe have a cocktail next door at the whiskey joint... You won't be disappointed in either place ....

We were seated in the outside patio, but tented and heated, and were very comfortable. My eggplant Parmesan was excellent and my wife really enjoyed her carbonara. Beer and wine selection was good. Prices were reasonable and the server was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend.

Went on a date with hubby and were in the mood for a romantic place. The ambience was nice, with fire place, lightning which set the mood. My husband also got the back story oh how they expended which was interesting to learn.I got the gnocchi - I normally love gnocchi - unfortunately it was a little doughy, and the dish had too much pesto. Normally I'm used to gnocchi being made with red vodka sauce which gives the dish a softer taste. It also had marinara sauce which I'm not used to being in gnocchi.Husband had the saltimbocca and he enjoyed it. The dish came with two chicken breasts with cheese and prosciutto in linguini base with sauce. The wait was a bit long, took I think close to 40 minutes for us to get our food. The place was pretty packed. Service was fine. Pricing is a bit on the high end - most dishes are over $20, with most being in the mid 20 plus, and $30's for anything with meat and pasta which is definitely on the high end for the type of food. Parking is on the street. Would likely try something else in the future - husband thought it would be a good place for an anniversary.

Fantastic Italian food. I had the Mama Mia rigatoni. The sauce was very flavorful and the amount of Italian sausage was quite generous. My wife had lasagna, which she enjoyed as well. Top it off with some awesome caramel drizzled cheesecake and one has an excellent meal. Will definitely be back. Very attentive waitstaff too!

We decided to venture to this place to satisfy craving of Italian foods, and it did not disappoint! The restaurant has an enclosed outdoor set up in between their restaurant and cafe. We were seated in this section, and the heater did its job. The menu has a variety of Italian dishes from pasta to pizza. Best yet, it has gluten free option. Both dishes were delicious, and flavorful. The portion was very generous, we had leftover for another meal. Check out this place, and you will be greeted by friendly staffs.

Great sandwich place I like to go to, but they are always closed when they say they should be open. I try and go for lunch during work and their door is locked.

Aliano's is now my go to Italian place in the northwest suburbs. Amazing food, great ambience, and excellent service. The risotto special is was the best I have eaten in a while. And the chicken piccata was prepared simply yet well. Very large portions so had lunch the next day and the chicken piccata tasted even better the next day !!Highly recommend

We've got a bad experience at this place, don't know if all the dishes as bad as ours were, and if everyday the Service is all jumbled like today. When you ask for a Carbonara what you expect is they will serve you a Carbonara right?! Well...our was prepared in a way you can call it whatever you want, but not a Carbonara...not a single element of the Carbonara dish was in it, and the flavor...like a Grocery Store plate (with all due respect)...but definitely not a $32.00 one by any means! Then the Pasta al Limone with 2 Chicken lightly battered...there was so much sauce, and it was so thin that literally I've thought they were mistaken and brought me a soup. Chicken with a strong flavor of lemon only and the batter was all soaked giving a terrible aspect...and again not a $24.00 dish AT ALL to a point I had to send it back to the kitchen. Then you think they will take it to the kitchen and show to the cook to improve for the next times right?! Nope...just tossed the whole thing into the bin in front of us and that's it.Location is great, beautiful construction...but definitely in need of a new cook crew and basic operations management renewed.Awful!!!!

Let me start just by saying "molto delizioso"Food- For appetizers, we ordered the Goat Cheese Bruschetta, I ordered the Capesante Al Salmone and my husband ordered Bucatino Carbonara. For drinks, My husband ordered the smoked old fashion, and I had to have my Prisoner Wine. The goat cheese bruschetta was very generous on its topping. The tomatoes was firm, full of flavor mixed in with the balsamic and the goat cheese was not overbearing, but definitely tasted its presence. The flavor was well balanced and the bread was easy to bite into. The Bucatino carbonara was perfect for my husband's appetite! It was creamy and flavorful. Now my Capesante Al Salmone is something that I will start craving for. The wrapped scallop in smoked salmon was so delicious, I will keep coming back for this dish. The smoked salmon had a nice crisp biting into the scallops. Hands down, perfect dish choices!Service - Jim the owner welcomed us and had us seated right away. Approach was welcoming like entering into a friend's home. He even hugged us as we ended our dinner! Nolin our server was very knowledgeable of the dishes! He was attentive, friendly, and showed us that he cared of what he was doing. Ambiance- i love that the noise level was regulated, I can hear my husband I talk. The place is quaint and not pretentious, the food served speaks for itself if what a great establishment this is. Thank you for the lovely evening Aliano's

Not sure how they do it but expect them to take a solid 20-30 minutes to make you a cold sandwich, it’s almost impressive how long they are able to stretch out the process.
