You must try 888 Bistro as it is truly a place to find the best Chinese food, including true Authentic Chinese. The owners make your dining experience special. We tried the Brown Sugar Buns and Fluffy ice for the first time, so delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection! We learned there will be a Moon Festival Sept.17th -22nd, 2024 to celebrate the harvest where they will make mooncakes. They also do birthday parties. We love this restaurant and will continue to drive 30 mins to eat at 888 Bistro.

Reasonable priced with generous portions. Located in Ridgewood Shopping Center with easy access parking in front of restaurant. Wheelchair accessible. Carry out items are well packaged, hot and fresh when arriving or picking up. Have always had a great experience. Highly recommend.

888 Bistro is one of the best chinese food restaurants ever. This time we ordered the diced dried chili chicken, it was full of so much flavor and the texture was crisp, chewy and tender. Each bite was steamy hot, spicy and satisfying. It goes exceptionally well with white rice, as the rice soaks up a little bit of the chili oil and is just oh so good. The house special mei fun was super yummy, full of different kinds of protiens and veggies, these type of noodles are my favorite, they were delicious and toasty tasting. The hot tea was fantastic, perfectly brewed and plenty of sugar packets. They gave us two complimentary donuts, fresh out of the fryer, rolled in sugar, they were perfect. The inside of 888 is calm and soothing and I love the fish tank they have, the fish are pretty and well taken care of. I love this place.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options and they serve tofu. I hear they have great eggplant too.

Really great food, hot and made to order, authentic, and large portions. I recomend dine-in and lunch specials because they are fast and the quality is fantastic. Love that they offer shaved Ice fruit ice cream, Bubble tea, and a huge menu to order my favorites or to try new items and flavors.
I've been here several times, the food is great! Singapore Mei Fun is my go to.
