A joke. Food is cold, wrong and never “fresh.” It’s disgusting. When I told them about it, they offered a $5 coupon. I bought two COLD and stale meals and get offered a coupon. Never again. This place sucks.

Went to drive thru at 10:15 and breakfast menu still up..when we went to order we were told that they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30...very rudely. Not sure if the staff just didnt want to take the time to serve breakfast so close to ending time or what but not the best customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Not going to go to this one for a while. Seriously disappointed. I have gone twice in the past month or so. First time they forgot my fries altogether. Second time, I ordered a medium fry but the fries in the cup didn't even equal a small fry.

I went through the drive Through and wanted to try the pickles. They put good pickles on the top to hide all the burnt ones on the bottom then the lady at the window couldn't even give me the correct change back this is exactly what gives restraints a bad rep.I know alot of people refuse to go to burger King and I haven't been to one in years.I will possibly get the pickle fries but I will go inside instead of the drive through.I called them 5 minutes after I left there and no one would answer the phone

It took some time in the drive-thru. The sandwich was great, even though I forgot to add cheese. ?♀️. The onion rings were slightly cold, but overall, they were not bad.

They will mix up orders at the drive thru and randomly close early. The app will still let you order and you're just SOL for 5 days until a refund gets processed.
Day time isn’t as bad as night time how ever the workers ignore you when you’re standing at the counter we had to wipe our own tables in the play area because if I wouldn’t have just grabbed the sanitizer bucket and did it myself we would’ve had to wait 30 mins for a table and they don’t check the food before serving it ordered a 12 pc mozzarella stick and only got 10 ordered 3 8 piece nuggets only got one ranch dip had to wait at the counter forever just for anyone to ask what I needed but if I was to get mad I’d be wrong

They argued with me for 10 minutes in the drive thru about whether they gave me a ranch with my meal, wouldn’t let me give them a petty 25 cents for another one either, they closed the window and just stood there looking for their common sense (which was never found) they all just stood around with their jaws hanging, I then called and complained when I got back to work and checked my bag for my ranch and asked for the girls name and she hung up on me and quit answering the phone. I wish I had enough time on my hands to argue with someone over a ranch packet. Shut this place down, go next door to kfc they have better food and service ? and they don’t argue with you over honey packets. Oh and my sandwich was so sloppy with ketchup I couldn’t even eat it. Disgusting.

Family and I showed up at 6pm on a Sunday. The lobby was closed. No reason for the employees to be rude when we asked why they werent open during their posted hours. Never found out why they decided to shut early. Kids were very disappointed they couldn't play.

Fast food is extremely unhealthy for you. Who knows what they are really serving you. You are better off going to a real restaurant. Pricing would probably be about the same, but the quality of your food would be better.
