I eat at checkers twice every week so i was sort of taken back Saturday night.I pulled up to order and sat there about ten minutes nothing,so I pulled up to the window and said I would like 3 apple pies,she said did u order from the order box I said no one ever asked.i told her I've been sitting there for nearly 10 minutes she said I would have to drive back around to order.i said no I don't.by the way those apple pies from McDonald's were great without the wait .what a shame .

Had to wait 12 1/2 minutes for my order. They told me to go wait in the parking lot and around 10 minutes I drove back through to the window and asked about my food. The lady was exceptionally rude and I will never come here again. Too many other fast food places with better food and quality service
Ordered 2 for 7 mushrooms and swiss, didn't realize until I got to work, received a single cheeseburger extra onions and a double fish no tartar. No reply when I tried to call in. Not the first time. Will not be back.

Just came in around 9pm to pick up my order waited around for a bit and finally went to the window at 918pm the manager and one of the ladies working literally told me my food was fresh and its cold ,,, didnt get my drink and when I got it the girl literally slammed the window after throwing the straw, I understand your busy but dont just treat people who are frustrated by getting ignored, your job is to remain professional , I wont be back to this location

I just called the store to explain to the manager on duty about my order being messed up. She was so rude . I was explaining to her that I have high blood pressure and that they seasoned my patty’s. I never get them seasoned. I ask for no seasoning. They usually park me while they cook my food . My feet swollen so bad because of the salt they used on the patties. I’m so upset and disappointed because I eat here all the time.
