Country Style Ice Cream

I hate to leave a negative review but I feel compelled to do so. Wanted to switch things up and try this place again after a long hiatus. I order a large cherry shake. There might’ve been 3 cherries total if you added up all the shrapnel. The ice cream itself was beyond bland. Unflavored toothpaste excites the tastebuds more. Then I asked for a pup cup. Turns out they are close to $4. My dog took a couple licks and was uninterested after that. I basically forced us both to finish our desserts. Afterwords, I felt like I owed him an apology

Impromptu date night ice cream run. I had a simple twist cone and she tried the watermelon sherbet and loved it. I highly recommend trying it if you are near.

They put my ice crem in a cone. I liked that. They make it really cold because its ice crem and if its hot itll melt.

super expensive for the low quality ice cream that it is. they over charge if you get one single topping on a small cup, they will ring it up as a whole sundae. service was subpar. not very kind. this used to be the affordable ice cream place. very disappointing to see a QC staple going downhill.

lobby closed until the spring… weird!

Lights were off around 6:30, worker was rude, turtle malts had no pecans in either of them, malt powder was clumped up in all of our malts - not blended right whatsoever. We come here often and never have issues, but this made me not want to come back.

The older blonde lady with all the make up that is working today at the East Moline store Oct 3rd 2024 at 3pm needs to be fired the next time I drive up and she is there I will drive away. I get Country Style atleast 3 times a week and she is the only worker that can not make a simple chocolate malt,she is the only worker that can not scoop 2 (ya only 2) different flavor of ice cream and put in a pint cup, she is the only worker that doesn't know Almonds actually go in a Mocha Almond Fudge malt and she is the only worker there that acts like she doesn't understand English. This is not just one occasion, it's EVERYTIME she works. I can't recommend any flavors because she simply can't figure it out.

Delicious ice cream and tons of interesting shake flavors! I've had great experiences at the Moline and West Davenport locations, but the latter is my preferred for the inviting interior.

I grew up with there custer ice cream malts. Best ever!!!
