The food was pretty good, haven't been to a Hardee's in awhile, would repeat. Pricey, but these days they aren't much different than McDonald's pricing.

The place was dirty. Food all over the floor. No coffee, soda machine was out of order. The employee's was not wearing gloves. They were picking up Food, using the shirt uniforms. Health inspector needs pop up on them. I asked for a refund and left my food there. Plus I was waiting over 20 minutes and still did not receive my food

Sat in the drive thru way too long. 20 minutes from order to getting food. 3 cars in line. Guy came on to take our order. I started ordering. He said hold on. I waited another 2 minutes before someone else took our order. Food was cold when we finally got it. They threw in cold hash rounds for our wait.

I had not been to the Hardee's on Kennedy drive in a very long time, prob 8 months or more. Decided to stop and was sorry I did. While the food may be good. The service of the manager and front counter people was horrible!!! This manager has been here a long time..... maybe too long because she obviously hates her job and hates people. I will NEVER return to this Hardee's. If I have to drive to another state for good service, I will do that. There is absolutely no reason for rudeness!!!

The cheeseburger was so dry and the bun dry and hard. Will not go back to that Hardee's.
The person working was either very new or can't comprehend words. We asked for 4 of the same item. We asked 3 different times. We got our food with 2 items in the bag plus our sandwich which was also wrong. We also ordered the Frisco breakfast and she rang up Frisco bacon. We come here a lot and today was not worth the money at all.

Go there almost every Sunday for the discounted biscuits and gravy. Food is always top-notch, but occasionally, the person working at the window is not exactly friendly. So it just depends on who's working. Other than that, I've had no issues.
