Old food is the worst! Then to not answer the phone is adding fuel to the fire. Uggghhhh! Will this poor quality and high priced food trend ever go away???

Food was trash, chicken was nasty, biscuits were dry. I asked for butter and honey, we had an 8 pc family meal with additional 4 biscuits and they would only give me 4 honey and 4 butter. Ordered the chocolate cake, get there and was told they were out, I asked to just refund me and was told they couldn't do that and had to get the lemon cake. I will not be returning; this was just a reminder why I stopped eating there years ago. People spend their hard earned money just to get crappy service and food. Spent $50! The least they could do was add enough condiments!

5pc tender meal was not hot at all and the fries was not either!! Fries were just threw in there,the fries did not fill the fry cup at all, it was a couple of fries not many! So yes my experience today was terrible!!! I was craving the tenders from you guys and your fries today because I haven’t been there in a while I was so disappointed!!

They have a lot food hazard, I got food poison from chicken not being cooked correctly. They also don't use gloves. Disgusting restaurants am surprised health department haven't closed it down.

Drove 15 miles only to get home and the order was incorrect no mashed potatoes to gi with the bucket of chicken and the order of fries to go with chicken tenders meal were no where to befound. Never again.

I used to enjoy Kfc flavor, but the service was always terrible. Wrong orders, weird people behind you in the drive through, bringing you the order. Maybe the staff either gave them the wrong one, or who knows what happened lol. It had been a year, so I gave them another try, and the service was great, but the food was just bland, no flavor.

Just like normal 1/2 hour before the lobby is scheduled to close, they pull the drawer, and you can only order and pay by drive-thru or kiosk.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. I came through the drive through and ordered two of their 2pc meals for 5$. Got home with it and it looked like the biscuits were bawled up in someone’s hand before being put in the box as well as the mashed potatoes having no gravy. i tried called to no answer mind you i called 11 separate times back to back.

With the cost of the food one would expect it to be well made. I ordered a pot pie and it was more or less empty and burnt. $7.00 pot pie I got 4 bites . The 8 piece chicken was over $30.00, it was ok but the sides were barely half filled and the biscuits were smashed flat and over cooked. Also the brownies were frozen, not cold frozen. Very unhappy and I will not be going back.
