Ordered a quarter pounder and a hamburger happy meal.
Took 20 minutes for the food to even be ready. Everyone in the lobby was waiting for food, complaining about wrong orders. There seemed to be a lot of staff, but no one was really doing anything or trying to help people.
When I food came up, I had to wait another 5 minutes to get my drinks. After finally driving off, I found out the hamburger happy meal was missing the hamburger.

Absolutely garbage location. Whomever owns this location needs to get there stuff together. Employees at all times are of no help. I constantly pay for more lettuce and tomato and option out meals and get the wrong orders. Management here is terrible. As a customer this place is terrible. Now as a Dasher it's worse. They do your hardest to not look at you. No customer service. Absolutely garbage. I now decline my every order here. Deciding to get lunch today and they are still incompetent. Sometimes the works are all piled at the register giggling not doing there jobs. Again whomever owns this location needs to do a massive firing exodus.
Edit: came for lunch at 1:07pm on July 24th paid for extras on my meal YET AGAIN missing the EXTRA PATTY and never got it. The next time I am charged for extras, and they are missing I will not be nice coming in. I come here because it's a fast bite after Dashing but HOW INCOMPETENT can people be.

went in to order my food and a family of 3 came in after me and got a LOT of food. this family yelled to the back at some one they called “mamma” and asked to make there food first witch is bs so i stood there and waiting and extra 20min for my food. what is wrong with people who ever works there that they call “mama” should be fired immediately!!!

Out of the dozens of times I've came here through the drive through I think maybe 4 they got everything correct and I didnt have to come inside immediately after leaving the drive through. Always check your order before pulling away and they have a tendency of not putting caramel or vanilla in my caramel or vanilla iced coffees.

The service was good, and the order was hot, fresh, and accurate. And, the recently repaved parking lot makes the whole experience feel less like an obstacle course and more like a QSR.

A boy at McDonald’s touch my pant while I was a McDonald’s how awful and disrespectful he did not even say sorry. I was at counter and by Time I was don’t he was gone. Anyway I can report this incident so he does not happen again. I would have reported him, but he left. Stop allowing too many children at a Time at McDonald’s.
