First off there was this slimy substance in my burger and i came from the UK. And never seen anything like it mate. And also I found a EYE LASH in my burger. This is unacceptable please do something about this McDonald’s.

Placed a mobile order pick up arrived shortly after 6:30pm. it was by no means busy and i had a very small order (2 fries and 2 shakes) i was told to pull over to the side because my 2 shakes weren’t finished. i proceeded to sit and wait for 15 minutes before i decided to go in. while waiting to talk to the cashier, a girl was reaching over from the other side of the counter placing her own order through the P.O.S system. the poor young man running the register was very polite when i asked for my shakes and he want to talk to someone about it (presumably his manager) i could then hear her yell at this young man. when i only received one of my shakes, i asked the manager herself when she came around the counter for my 2nd shake and she had a very nasty attitude with me as well. i can only guess she was frustrated with her staff or something else. i’m very considerate with fast food employees and understand they deal with a lot of B.S everyday. i never leave negative reviews, but i think it’s wild the manager was getting frustrated with me when i was the one that was very patient and polite during the whole exchange.

Went to the store at 12 at night to get some food. I looked online and on the McDonalds door it said they closed at 1 but when I went thru the drive thru no one answered then someone came out to take trash out and I ask him if they were close he said yes

Disgusting. Every sauce punctured, IF THEY MANAGE TO GIVE YOU ANY, EVER. Entire team is a sad excuse for a crew. Manager screaming in background every time I’ve found myself ending up there out of pure desperation and time restraint.

This location only cooks the hamburgers on one side. They must be trying to save money on electricity. The meat was so raw I had to finish cooking it at home in my frying pan. The workers at the East Moline store are friendly, but the food's no good when it's not even half cooked........ I will report this location to corporate and hopefully they will start cooking the food.
Hours not accurate. Says open till 1 am. Went at midnight only to sit in the drive through for 30 minutes unacknowledged. Others came and went with the same situation. Drove around to see if dining room was open only to find all employees standing around on their phones. If you’re closed say you’re closed. Update the hours.

I never have any issues with the staff or my orders, every employee I've encountered here has been kind and courteous. However, McDonald's itself has gone downhill over the past few years and on top of that they've raised their prices. Most notably I keep getting bone or cartilage fragments in my mcchickens and chicken nuggets, I actually chipped a tooth the last time this happened.
