Genuine question. How hard is it to read that screen back there? Seems like half the time my order is messed up. So how hard is it to see that I want no pickle or that I want a Dr Pepper and not coke. I don’t understand and it irritates me to my core.

It's monopoly time and my order was a big Mac ... A large fry and a 20 pc chicken nuggets and all them items are monopoly plays items but I only had a monopoly piece on the box of the big Mac... Where's my monopoly pieces at McDonald's .. I have pics of date and receipt and items

Shit service every time i come here i sit waiting for my order while ten cars behind me get there food.
It's chill place to hang out and work but don't expect reliable or prompt service. Multiple times in a row now and on different days and times of the week it's been dead but nothing came out right or in a timely fashion.

The manager on the open morning shift is very nasty in her attitude she do not know how to treat a customer. The frappe she made me tasted more like ice and milk, I asked her if she could remake it she told me NO, I ordered the $5 meal with a breakfast sandwich hash brown and coffee, ( The frappe was an upgrade for coffee) I asked for the coffee that went with the meal, I not only did not get my coffee, but she called the police on me that never came. Customers are the reason these restaurants are open and the workers have a job, STOP TREATING PAYING CUSTOMERS LIKE ITS AN OPTION TO GET SERVICE, i’m not even looking for GOOD SERVICE just service that is YOUR JOB TO DO. I was running late for work i had to go to another place to get a drink.
