Genuine question. How hard is it to read that screen back there? Seems like half the time my order is messed up. So how hard is it to see that I want no pickle or that I want a Dr Pepper and not coke. I don’t understand and it irritates me to my core.

The manager on the open morning shift is very nasty in her attitude she do not know how to treat a customer. The frappe she made me tasted more like ice and milk, I asked her if she could remake it she told me NO, I ordered the $5 meal with a breakfast sandwich hash brown and coffee, ( The frappe was an upgrade for coffee) I asked for the coffee that went with the meal, I not only did not get my coffee, but she called the police on me that never came. Customers are the reason these restaurants are open and the workers have a job, STOP TREATING PAYING CUSTOMERS LIKE ITS AN OPTION TO GET SERVICE, i’m not even looking for GOOD SERVICE just service that is YOUR JOB TO DO. I was running late for work i had to go to another place to get a drink.
