Normally service is good here, not tonight! Order 2 foot longs, had to tell her twice they were foot longs then I tell her no onion on a toasted sandwich she does it anyway and when I say something, whe hand picks apart the sandwich to get them that has already been toasted therefore taste is there. I had to tell her on a BLT that I asked for double bacon on to put the bacon on she forgot then they are ringing me up and me being honest I said double bacon, no she forgot that too and said I can just put it on the side.. no u can't just forget it.. terrible service tonight ?

Went an hour before close. Young lady was nice, very quiet, but the other woman there was extremely rude. Sometimes it is very hard to hear in there, i asked her "what did you say im sorry" and she proceeded to sigh very loudly and rudely, went silent for a few seconds then repeated her question with an attitude. this happened not once, but twice. she then proceeded to get an attitude with my boyfriend when he was choosing what kind of cheese he wanted after she asked. I also asked for extra pickles and banana peppers on my sandwich to which i did not recieve even if i was to be upcharged. very rude customer service. I usually have no problems at this location.

I ordered online a meatball sub and paid the extra for fresh mozzarella. We got home and there was no cheese at all. I called the restaurant and they told me they could only replace it if I brought it back to the store. They would not give a credit for next time. What a waste of my gas!!! I asked for the name of the store manager and she said she couldn't give me that. Apparently, it's a secret. She took my info and said she would have the manager call me. Five days later and I've heard nothing. Terrible way to do business and you've lost mine.

Completely ruined my order and refuses to do a refund or give a replacement sandwich unless I can provide the original mess up. I ordered online for pickup to have it for work. I work 430pm to 430am with no way of returning the sandwich. This is horrible customer service. I will not be returning. Explain to me how I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch and got only Chicken and Tomatoes with nothing else?!?!

Ok so I go in Subway with my brother we order but this same lady older white lady didn't wanna make my food it took a white guy a customer to say u can get her she's next....then she was like oh ok....y'all need to do better I work in food service and her attitude is not appropriate for subway....I'm just letting everyone know my pain...#StillASubwayLover just not there❤️...Swan

Tonight stoped at 9:20pm which is 10 minutes prior to closing. Really nice lady was by her self working. Even was late she served me like was beginning of day. I always have great experience with this location. I drive from Rock Island to EM location to get great service, this is most clean store in QC from all subways

Ordered online for instore pick up at lunch time. 12" spicy Italian melt on Italian herb and cheese with pepper jack cheese and smashed avacado. They made the sandwich with American cheese, white bread and sent me cups of avacado to add to my melt ( which means you have to pull it apart to put it on, what a melt mess!). Of course this was a lunch order so I don't have time to run backand get a fixed sandwich (the bread and avacado would have been ediblebut the American cheese is a hard pass for me). Called and the employee and manager were like okay your sandwich was wrong so what. I asked for a refund...now I get to save the sandwich and return it after work. That ought to smell great sitting around all day. It's also wonderful when you pay for something and its not right to have the reaction of the manager be so what. I was polite, did not "ask" for the manager was directed to her to see what she would do...which apparently is little to nothing. So frustrating. Now I am out a lunch period (wasted running to the place), no lunch, and have to make an extra trip to the store. Way to go Subway.

We had a superb experience at this restaurant. We loved the awesome ambience and the food. The staff members were super friendly. I’m happy we finally decided to visit this spot.
