I really want to love this place. I am an EM native. I’ve had the worst I’ve ever received anywhere when eating here recently. The lack of attentiveness is hard to overlook. This happened on multiple occasions. Bad reviews aren’t my thing. This place deserves it.

Waitress barely visited our table, waited 20+ minutes for the ticket. Over an hour between getting drinks and having to go search for the waitress to get the ticket. Food was bland, only good tasting food was the garlic bread. There were only 3 other customers in the entire restaurant. For 3 people it cost $100. Poor service, family will not be coming back.

A group of us, friends from high school, (UT '74) were at the Palace 4/16 and were completely happy with our service, pizza, and cold bar drinks!
Looks like the Palace is on it's way back up!!!

Ok..food good ..beer cold.. Brittney is great.. bout 2years ago went in for lunch ,tipped in cash, wrote CASH in tip line...when I looked at bank statement my Charge was $10 more than it should have been. Took several trys but finally got manager to fix it... she supported her waitress %100 sayn accidents happen.. I've always carried cash to go there.. Last Thursday went for lunch ,,salad bar , tea...Bill 15.38..gave her cash $5 said thanks for keeping my ice tea full.. Couple days later ..look at bank... my bill charge is 25.38.. It happened again!!!! Went there they pulled my ticket ..it sez CASH.. in tip line..the manager said .its no ..big...deal ..it happens.. they credited me back the..ten... just sayn ..if u go there TAKE CASH!!
Good place for beer and a burger, use to love the pizza there but it’s changed now and I don’t like it anymore. we use to go all the time but the service sucks at best. Wait staff is un trained so far from a good service place. It’s a shame because it could be a great place to hang out. They also have lost the bar atmosphere and close super early. Not my top five anymore.
Parking: Parking lot is outside patio now and it’s super nice when you can get service. Parking is all on the street

Met family members at The Palace. There weren’t a lot of people there, it was a Wednesday night. Outdoor seating was available and we took advantage of it. My food was a pork tenderloin sandwich, a Midwest staple. It was a great sandwich, tasted great, looked great, but it wasn’t exactly what I expected. It wasn’t pounded flat as a pancake and 6-8” around. But it was great and I loved it. Service was attentive but not intrusive. The bathrooms, in particular were sanitary and very attractive. I would highly recommend the Palace for a beer and pub fare. It’s a far cry from The palace I delivered newspapers to 60+ years ago!

Ordered the breaded tenderloin. It was very bland and way overpriced for what it was. It was clearly a pre breaded frozen tenderloin that came from a food vendor supply company nothing fresh about it. If you are looking for a great tenderloin I recommend tap 22 which has a superior tenderloin at about the same price point. Service was extremely slow as well. The taco potato appetizer was very tasty though I complement on that.
