Food & service very good. Ladies restroom was disgusting! Dirty and overflowing trash can. The only stall with toilet paper was the handicapped stall. Terrible odor in that stall coming from the full trash can. Do better!!

The food was good, not great but good. They syrup helped the sandwich a lot. My onions were terribly burned and certainly shouldn't have been sent out. Our server was very attentive to her other table and not at all to us. The others were regulars. We would have tipped quite nicely but roughly 19% was more than enough for the service we received. I would not return.

We were at this location on Thanksgiving eventhough the location was very busy. The staff was kind and very patient.
We were there at 8pm after the festival of light parade. We were amongst 3 other families that came in. The other 2 families were seated. We waited over 25 minutes, meanwhile the sever told us after he severed drinks he would seat, before that was once I seat these people I will seat you. There was enough table. We ended up walking out and we will never return! The sever was very rude! Dick don't ever stand up for a co-worker that watched how rudely he treated people who wanted to patronize the establishment! That coworker needs to be held accountable for their actions!

Me and my boyfriend are from out of town and stopped here for dinner tonight. I've never had a problem with a Bob Evans before but if I could give this one zero I would. Our server Melissa was lazy, she tended to everyone but the two of us. When the food finally came out, my chicken was raw and there was a hair in my macaroni. My boyfriends food was cold too. Very disappointing.

Our recent experience with the East Peoria Bob Evans left much to be desired. We placed an online order for dinner around 7:30 pm, but we didn't receive our food until 9:00 pm, resulting in an hour-and-a-half wait. We were initially told our order would be ready in 35 minutes, but upon arrival, we were informed it would take an additional 15 minutes. The hostesses were friendly and did their best to keep us updated, but the overall coordination seemed lacking.
It turned out that our order was mixed up, and one of our meals was given to another customer. This meant we had to wait even longer while they prepared a new meal. Although it was Mother's Day weekend, the restaurant didn't appear to be particularly busy, so the delay was even more frustrating.
After finally receiving our food and returning home, we discovered that our order was incorrect. By that point, it was too late to address the issue as the restaurant was closing. This experience, coupled with a previous incident of food poisoning at another Bob Evans location, has left us hesitant to return.
It's disappointing because when things run smoothly, Bob Evans can be a great dining option. However, the inconsistency in service and food quality makes it difficult to recommend, especially when there are other reliable options available.
